The Annual General Meeting of Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana on March 29th, 2012 decided to increase the dividend of COP$290 to COP$308 per share, to be paid in a quartely base at the begginig of the period. The preferred share dividend is COP $ 975, payable in a quarterly base at the end of the period.
