Corporate Governance

Throughout our history we have always endeavored to ground our performance in sound ethical principles and in a system of institutional values that are reflected in the way we go about our daily work and how we relate to all our stakeholders.
Our Corporate Governance framework, firmly based on ethical values, provides us with:
- A framework for action
- A more enhanced performance on an organizational level
- The assigning of responsibilities to our senior management
- The recognition of our relationships with our stakeholders
- Better usage of our resources, greater transparency form the managerial and accounting standpoints
- A balancing of interests, however much these conflict
Also governing our performance, and in addition to our Code of Good Governance, we have:
- A Code of Ethics: Embracing the principles of responsibility, transparency, respect and fairness.
- An Ethics Committee: In charge of supervising the application of our good governance policing and enhancing standards of conduct.
- Our Ethics Helpline: A means by which possible irregularities in our corporate conduct can be reported.
